WHY DO YOU FOCUS ON STRENGTH TRAINING?

As a determined woman, you know the importance of physical and mental strength. Strength training is a powerful way for women to achieve their fitness goals and improve overall health. With the ability to increase muscle mass, boost metabolism, and improve bone density, strength training is a perfect fit for you. By incorporating strength training into your routine, you're not only taking care of your body but also your mind, becoming a stronger, more empowered version of yourself.

WHAT MOVEMENT PATTERNS WILL WE FOCUS ON?

 

We will focus on the core movement patterns, including squat, hinge, lunge, push, pull, and carry. Each workout is crafted to hit each movement throughout the training week.

WHAT TRAINING OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

 

I offer remote coaching and also a subscription program for clients. For remote coaching, you will have the option of completing custom programmed workouts at a rate of $199 per month. For the subscription coaching, you will have access to our quality programming through my fitness app. The subscription program costs under $25 per month.

IS REMOTE COACHING FOR ME?

 

Determining whether remote coaching is right for you depends on your level of self-motivation and commitment. If you are someone who is independent and can stay on track without frequent check-ins, virtual coaching with a customized plan and weekly check-ins may be the best fit for you. Our coaching services provide support from Monday - Friday, and we offer biweekly 30-minute Zoom calls to keep you accountable and answer any questions you may have.

HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR GYM TRAINER?

 

I provide personalized coaching that is tailored to your needs and goals. Unlike a one-size-fits-all approach, I take the time to understand your lifestyle and movement patterns to create a customized program that works for you. Whether you're a busy professional or an athlete, I am here to guide and support you on your fitness journey. With a commitment to positive change, you can achieve your goals with my help.

Within 24 hours, I will be in touch to schedule an appointment for us to meet either in person or via video, where we can get to know each other and discuss your goals.
