It all started in Summer 2018 after returning from serving abroad in the Air Force. The first thing on my to do list was to get a dog. I finally got to pick up my new best friend, Whiskey (aka The Fluffy Golden Monster) soon after. Since then, Coach Yori and Coach Nova have also joined the pack. I found that having dogs not only increased my physical activity but also improved my mental health. All three have been the best Coaches and workout partners I could ever ask for!

ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Coach Sierra, Owner and Certified Personal Trainer at Sierra Whiskey Fitness!
My love for fitness first began as a teenager. I started running Cross Country and throwing shotput & discus in middle school. Once i graduated high school, I joined the Air Force where my passion for fitness continued to grow and became apart of my everyday life. During my time in the military, I tried a variety of fitness programs. I fell most in love with functional training after dealing with chronic knee pain and a rotator cuff injury.
Now, I embrace fitness as a lifestyle through functional exercises. I focus on foundational movements such as squat, press, hinge, lunge, etc, My mission is to help you become stronger and improve your overall health so you can enjoy what's important to you in life.
